HR-GA staff

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment (30%):

Post jobs and screen CVs when receiving recruitment requests from departments or the Board of Directors
Organize interviews and reference checks (if necessary)
Plan onboarding for new employees, monitor the probationary process, and support the preparation of labor contracts
Maintain contact with departments to ensure staffing needs are met.

Internal Communications (20%):

Coordinate and implement internal communication strategies
Content management for internal communication channels
Organize events and activities to create cohesion within the organization
Support the building of a positive organizational culture.

C&B (20%):

Support policy management and personnel benefits programs
Supports performance appraisal and employee development processes
Maintain salary and benefits information for employees.

Training (20%):

Coordinate and implement training and human resources development programs
Assess training needs and develop appropriate training plans
Supports performance review process and training plan development.

Administration (10%):

Manage and maintain personnel records
Prepare and process personnel-related documents
Support organizing internal events
Manage, monitor and implement administrative items in the company.

KNOWLEDGE:

Graduated from University/College with majors related to Human Resource Management/Business Administration or other related majors.

EXPERIENCE:

Have experience of at least 6 months – 1 year related to one of the human resources fields such as: Recruitment/Administration/C&B/Labor Relations, etc. at companies with a scale of 50 employees or more.
