Purchasing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Purchase on demand

* Place orders and process purchases from suppliers

* Monitor the entire purchasing and receiving process

* Make payments for orders

* Provide forwarder information as well as related documents to transport goods to the warehouse

2) Monitor and process orders, ensure delivery progress, and carry out payment procedures with Suppliers.

* Use the ebacklog system to update progress (ETA, ETD…)

* Monitor and exchange between departments to ensure goods progress

* Return invoices and documents (CO, CQ, COC…) to departments

3) Inventory control

* Coordinate with the warehouse to control inventory

* Plan to release goods according to Sales’s request

4) Coordinate to handle goods quality issues

* Coordinate with QC/QA Department to resolve quality-related issues

* Evaluate suppliers to minimize substandard goods

REQUIREMENTS

* Graduated from university with majors in Economics, Foreign Languages ​​such as Accounting, Business Administration, Business English, Logistics…

* Proficient in office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook,…)

* Good English communication skills at work (TOEIC 450-560, IELTS: 5.0)

* Have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Purchasing Officer, especially purchasing from foreign partners at trading/manufacturing companies.

* Willing to work overtime to ensure work progress

* Able to withstand high work pressure * Have a spirit of learning and progress * Dynamic, enthusiastic, with a high sense of responsibility in work
