TOSHIBA - TLX9160T : 1500V high voltage optical photorelay for car battery control system

The TLX9160T has a high isolation voltage of up to 5000 Vrms, helping to protect electrical circuits from high voltage faults. IC with low power consumption of only 100nA (maximum) in OFF state, helps reduce power consumption and increase system energy efficiency.   

TLX9160T operates in the temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, suitable for harsh environmental conditions in cars. TLX9160T meets AEC-Q101 quality standards, ensuring high performance and usage in automotive applications.   

With an internal structure consisting of an optical infrared emitting diode coupled to a high voltage photo-Mosfet between the outputs, the TLX9160T is suitable for automotive battery control applications with battery voltages of 1000V or less.
