Toshiba’s TB9M003FG9 combines the Arm® Cortex®-M0 microcontroller, flash memory, power control and communication functions. This results in the product being able to drive an external N-channel power MOSFET making the IC suitable for BLDC motors with a wide range in output. The product’s in-depth design reduces system size and component count, while also implementing advanced, complex engine control for other automotive engine applications. 

Moreover, TB9M003FG can switch configuration to standby mode or inactive state to reduce power consumption. With the above advantages, TB9M003FG is the perfect product for automotive applications such as: water pumps, oil pumps, electric fans, 3-phase brushless motor control and transmission, etc.
