TOSHIBA - TCR1HF Series : High voltage, energy saving LDO regulator

TCR1HF series supports a wide input voltage range from 4V to 36V, allowing connection to power sources from 4V to 20V used for USB PD and 24V power supplies. The power IC has a current consumption of only 1uA, the lowest in the product category and on the market before, allowing electronic devices to maintain operation at optimal power levels.   

The product’s fast load response of -60mV/+50mV ensures stable output voltage during sudden changes in current when switching from standby to main operating status. Ability to operate stably and durably in harsh conditions.   

With compact size, it is easy to integrate into electronic devices with limited space. With the above advantages, TCR1HF series is an ideal product for applications in industrial equipment, consumer equipment such as mobile devices, laptops, home appliances, etc.
