RTC6670E with 5GHz linear output power for 802.11ac MCS9 VHT80 application is 19dBm for high transmission efficiency. With ISM band, compatible with 802.11a Wireless LAN system for optimal speed.  The RTC6670E is an amplifier consisting of 3 gain stages, an integrated input matching network, and a power detector that delivers high output power performance up to 28 dBm that performs well in harsh conditions (VSWR 10: 1) and RF mutation conditions.   

 RTC6670E is a suitable product for IEEE 802.11a Wireless LAN network applications, 5GHz ISM applications, high power WLAN, etc.
