Holtek - HT32F65232 : 32-Bit integrates powerful features & fast processing speed

The HT32F65232 operates at up to 60 MHz with Flash accelerator for maximum performance. The MCU provides 32 KB of Flash memory for program/data storage, 4 KB of SRAM memory for system operation and application program usage. HT32F65232 integrates peripheral communication standards such as Hardware Divider DIV, ADC, OPA, CMP, I²C, USART, UART, SPI, etc.  

Several power saving modes provide flexibility to maximize optimization between device startup latency and power consumption, which is an especially important consideration in low-power applications. When the system voltage is 5V, the HT32F65232 can provide higher analog signal resolution and less noise when driving the motor. Suitable for applications of electric scooters, kitchen ventilators, vacuum cleaners, pumps, fans, hair dryers, etc.
