Holtek – HT32F52230 : Microcontroller with low power consumption via advanced Arm® Cortex®-M0+ processor core

HT32F52230 operates at up to 40 MHz with Flash accelerator for maximum performance. The microcontroller provides up to 32 KB of embedded Flash memory for code/data storage and 4 KB of embedded SRAM memory for system operation, using application programs. Peripheral communication standards such as ADC, I2C, USART, UART, SPI, GPTM, SCTM, BFTM, WDT, SW-DP (Serial Wire Debug Port)…. Also integrated inside the MCU.   

In addition, several power saving functions are provided dynamically to maximize the optimization between wakeup latency and power consumption. With the above advantages, HT32F52230 is a suitable product in low-power applications such as alarm systems, handheld devices, motor controls, home appliances, etc.
