Warranty Policy

IWarranty

*Warranty period: Is the time EPI is responsible for receiving and resolving the warranty for products provided by EPI as recorded on the warranty card and stamp.

* Valid warranty card: Is a warranty card issued by EPI along with the product with EPI’s seal, the warranty card form must be in accordance with the prescribed form, not separate – patched, production code on the warranty card The EPI is written on the coupon and must match the product code under warranty (no signs of erasure or repair).

* Valid warranty stamp: Is a decal pasted by EPI on each product, without patchwork or signs of repair, peeling, or re-gluing.

II- General policy

EPI applies a nationwide warranty policy: Customers who purchase products provided by EPI at any branch/office of EPI will also have their warranty resolved at all official EPI branches nationwide.

Product warranty is: Overcoming failures and technical problems caused by the manufacturer’s errors.

III- What is covered?

– Products with free warranty are products with a warranty period calculated from the date of delivery (Warranty period is stated on the Warranty Card and according to the regulations of each manufacturer for all problems). technically).
– There is a warranty card and EPI warranty stamp on the product.
– Renewed products: Products provided by EPI must meet the above warranty conditions and if the product is damaged due to manufacturing errors and cannot be repaired by EPI’s technical inspection, EPI will exchange for a new product.

IV- What is not covered?

– The product has exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty card or lost the Warranty Card.
– Warranty seal is torn, broken, overwritten or information has been altered.
– Warranty card does not clearly state Serial number and date of purchase.
– The machine number on the product cannot be determined or is different from the machine number written on the warranty card.
– The product is damaged due to mechanical deformation, damage due to subjective human causes such as: dropping, breaking, impact, scratches, dents, moisture, rust, water leakage or due to caused by fires, natural disasters, electrical short circuits, and explosions.
– The product shows signs of damage caused by rodents or insects.
– The product is not used according to the instruction manual, or used at the wrong specified voltage.
– Users arbitrarily disassemble and repair machinery and equipment before bringing it for warranty.

V- Service after warranty

Equipment and products purchased at EPI that are out of warranty or are under non-warranty conditions will be repaired or replaced by EPI’s Warranty Center at a preferential price or supported to be repaired at the manufacturer. .
