Agent policy of EPI

– Cooperation on the basis of the benefits of the two sides.

– Allaways sharing information and supporting on time.

– Policy of the fair and reasonable supporting all distribution channels.

– Committing the maximum protection agent from changeable  and competive market.

II. FINANCIAL  POLICY

1. Discount for recurring purchases:

– Agents are entitled to a discount which is the difference between the price provided by the Company’s Agent and the selling price decided by the agent themselves.

– Based on monthly sales, your agents can also participate in the discount program on purchase sales exclusively for EPI agents.

– When you reach enough monthly sales according to company regulations, your agent will enjoy a discount according to a certain percentage.

– This discount policy is independent and is conducted in parallel with other business support or promotion programs from EPI for your agents.

2. Price policy, price protection:

Purchase price:

– Based on purchase results and other cooperation commitments, your dealer will enjoy the pricing policy for the corresponding dealer level.

– Pricing policy is built to ensure competitiveness and maximum profit for agents in the market.

Price protection:

– In case EPI reduces the selling price, your dealer will have price protection for items of the same type still in stock.

– Price protection only applies to items with receipts and warranty cards from EPI within 30 days from the date of price reduction announcement.

III. CONTRACT AND DEBIT:

Contract: After both parties sign the contract, your agent will be included in EPI’s enjoying the policies for EPI agents.

Purchase debt:

– You establish a bank guarantee period of 1 year with the amount depending on the business needs and financial capabilities of the agents.

– On the basis that you will receive the credit limit with a maximum loan term of 30 days.

– On the basis of the results of cooperation and payment history, you will be entitled to the better credit policies and debt.

IV. SUPPORTING POLICY

Support for PR – Marketing:

– Agents are supported with catalogs, flyers, banners, product samples… according to company programs. Information about your agents will be advertised on EPI’s website system.

– Your agents can participate in all promotions and sales promotion programs of EPI

– Your agent is certified as an official agent of EPI

– Agents can update information on prices, information on goods, products, company policies, marketing programs, and sales promotion documents.

Technical support and solutions:

– Dealers receive technical support via phone. On-site technical support will be provided upon request.

– Your agents can participate in periodic training courses on products, technology and sales knowledge organized by EPI. Private training support will be provided if required.

V. REQUIREMENTS FOR AGENCY

1. Send a copy of business licenses and tax number

2. EPI products business and distribution plan (estimated cost, orientation activities, future plans, …) or plan SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats).

3. Commiting to sales on a quarterly on the basis the company gives the discount rate.

4. Revenue of at least 50,000 USD of the first year.

5. After the fist year, revenue is not less than 150% of the first year.

6. Not to be broken credit (agent can not be paid on time)
