High-Voltage PWM Controlled Stand Fan Solution for Brushless DC Motor Control

The fan solution uses high voltage PWM drivers and components from global electronic components brands distributed by EPI Vietnam Technologies.

Traditional fans often have limitations in terms of performance, noise and lifespan. To overcome these disadvantages, EPI introduces a new solution using high voltage PWM control and a DC brushless motor. By taking advantage of Toshiba’s Arm Cortex M3 MCU with a frequency of 80MHz to handle all tasks quickly, energy saving modes such as IDLE and STOP, help minimize power consumption during use.

To achieve maximum performance for the system, EPI Vietnam has combined additional IC TPD4207F,FQ using a high voltage PWM driver, helping to accurately adjust the speed and rotation direction of the motor. The system provides an output current of up to 5A, helping to control a powerful motor, providing a smart tree fan solution, operating smoothly, saving energy and having the ability to flexibly adjust speed.

Besides, the tree fan system integrates the feature of receiving remote control RF signals through RF IC CMT2220LS from HopeRF with the ability to decode and receive accurate signals. JSCJ’s integrated triac circuit allows for effective adjustment of motor power and speed.

To be able to experience these great solutions, EPI Vietnam Technologies provides full samples of component stores serving the solution such as: Toshiba, HopeRF, HTC, Sunlord, JSCJ, Aishi, STE,…
