EPI – Return & refund policy

For customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, you can directly contact to exchange/return goods at EPI’s office. Hours: from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, except Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Except Sundays and holidays.

1. EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

For customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, you can directly contact to exchange/return goods at EPI’s office. Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, only Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Except Sundays and holidays.

For customers in more remote areas or provinces, you can call EPI in advance to notify the reason for exchanging/returning goods. After that, the two parties agree and the Customer proceeds to return the goods by delivery to the EPI Office at the nearest address.

Return period: Within 7 days from date of purchase.

2. RETURN CASES

2.1. Due to EPI distributor’s error

– The delivered product does not meet the customer’s requirements: different specifications, model and requirements that the customer ordered

– Delivered goods have technical defects: The product is damaged during transportation.

2.2. Subjective reasons of customers.

Customer has ordered and received the product as requested. But then you change your mind and want to return the product or want to exchange it for another product. Because you want to change product color, manufacturer or specifications.

2.3. Request for exchanged/returned products

– Returned products must be intact, with no signs of use, and must have the original packaging and purchase invoice intact (except in cases where the product is defective or damaged during transportation). ).

– Warranty stamps/cards, brand stamps, technical instructions and accompanying gifts (if any), etc. must be complete and intact.

– The product is not dirty, scratched, broken, damaged, has a strange smell or shows signs of being washed or used.

– Customers bear shipping costs for exchanges and returns.

Note:

Returned products that do not meet the above conditions will be automatically returned to the registered address according to your order information.

3. METHOD OF RETURN AND REFUND

EPI will exchange for another product for free or refund if the product delivered to the customer is EPI’s fault (section 2.1).

EPI does not accept returns under section 2.2. Except for some special cases that will be considered such as agents, high value orders, and close customers.
