TOSHIBA - TMPM4KNF10AFG : ARM CORTEX M4 MCU Series FOR M4K TXZ+™ MOTOR CONTROL
Toshiba introduces the MCU product line – TXZ+™ Class Advanced Class 32-bit microcontroller equipped with Cortex ® -M4 core TMPM4KNF10AFG to control the motor.
TMPM4KNF10AFG is a continuous advancement of features for IoT motor applications that are increasing the need for large programming capabilities and over-the-air firmware support. The microcontroller contains 1MB of Flash Code memory, 32KB of Flash data memory and 64KB of RAM to ensure storage space for users.
TMPM4KNF10AFG provides multiple interfaces and motor control options such as pre-programmable motor driver (A-PMD), 32-bit advanced encoder (A-ENC32), advanced vector motor plus ( A-VE+) and three high-speed, high-resolution 12-bit analog/digital converter units.
The new product from Toshiba with 1MB of Flash Code memory has two separate areas, each area is 512KB. The structure allows commands to be read from one area, while the updated code is programmed in parallel into another area to support firmware rotation using the memory swap function.
The CPU core has a maximum operating frequency of 160MHz, a maximum operating temperature of 105℃ and an oscillation accuracy of less than ±1% for the built-in oscillator providing high performance during operation. TMPM4KNF10AFG is the perfect product for motor control applications, industrial equipment, etc.
