Toshiba introduces the new TB9103FTG, an H-bridge driver designed to control brushed DC motors for applications such as car doors, seats, and windows. The TB9103FTG supports a maximum drive current of up to 5A, ensuring powerful and stable performance.
With its advanced features, the TB9103FTG operates flexibly in both H-bridge and half-bridge modes. It is equipped with a sleep mode to reduce power consumption when inactive, contributing to overall energy savings for the system.
The TOSHIBA TB9103FTG also features intelligent fault detection functions such as low voltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection, with error reporting via DIAG pins, ensuring system protection and enhanced reliability during use.
The TB9103FTG is compactly designed with dimensions of just 7mm x 7mm (QFN48 package), making it easy to integrate into electronic devices without taking up much space. Additionally, it includes a gate monitoring function to prevent current flow by automatically adjusting the output signal timing to the MOSFETs.
