Toshiba - TB9033FTG : CXPI feedback interface IC for automotive applications & saves software development time

TB9033FTG is Toshiba’s first IC of its kind with integrated hardware logic, controlling transmission and reception using CXPI (Clock Extension Peripheral Interface) protocol and GPIO header. Helped eliminate the need for specialized software development and contributed to shortening product development time. TB9033FTG has a standby mode with very low current consumption, only about 10μA, helping to save energy. High ESD resistance helps protect devices from problems caused by static electricity. 

TB9033FTG with 16 GPIO pins, 6 pins can be converted into AD converter input and 4 pins into PWM output, the device works flexibly in control applications. Integrated multiple protection functions including overheating, overvoltage and undervoltage protection, helping to increase the reliability and longevity of the device. TB9033FTG supports communication multiplexing and reduces the number of wires used in the vehicle body control system, which will contribute to reducing vehicle weight.
