T-Global - TG-AD75: New Ultra Soft Thermal Pad

TG-AD75 Ultra Soft Thermal Pad is a soft thermal conductive material designed for efficient heat dissipation. With a thermal conductivity of 7.5 W/m·K, it effectively reduces the temperature of electronic components.

Featuring excellent softness and compressibility, with a Shore OO hardness of 25, the pad easily conforms to surfaces, filling gaps and enhancing thermal contact. Its high electrical insulation ensures safety for electronic devices, preventing short circuits.

TG-AD75 is flexible, easy to cut and install, making it ideal for high-performance applications such as 5G, AI, electric vehicles, medical devices, and more

– Thermal conductivity: 7.5 W/m·K 

– Hardness: Shore OO 25 

– Thickness: From 1.0 mm to 8.0 mm (0.039 inch to 0.315 inch) 

– Insulation voltage: ≥ 5 KV/mm 

– Operating temperature: -50°C to +150°C
