RICHWAVE – RTC66903: End-to-end RF module for efficient data transmission/reception

RTC66903 – Richwave is a front-end RF module with data transmission/reception function (Front End Module – FEM) applied for WiFi 6E, WLAN 802.11ax. The product operates in the frequency range from 5.925 to 7.125 GHz, providing broadband and faster data transmission speeds. With output power of up to 19.5 dBm for MCS11 HE160 and 25 dBm for MCS0 HT20, the module ensures a strong and stable signal, improving coverage and connection quality.  

The RTC66903 is designed with high performance and low noise, enhancing reception sensitivity, improving signal capture and minimizing interference, enhancing the experience. The product includes a power amplifier (PA) with a power detector and low-pass filter (LPF) to eliminate harmonics and minimize noise.  

With dimensions of only 3.0mm x 3.0mm, RTC66903 is suitable for compact devices such as routers and IoT devices, saving space and easy to integrate.
