RICHWAVE - RTC6603SP: SPDT antenna switch 0.1 GHz – 3.0 GHz

RTC6603SP is processed by advanced silicon technology with low loss, high isolation up to 25 dB ( @ 245 GHz). Product with excellent ESD protection and maintains high linearity at low supply voltages. The ON/OFF state transition time is extremely fast, only 280ns, making the antenna able to protect electronic devices very well with low control current (10 uA) helping to save power.   

RTC6603SP is used to switch between antennas in wireless communication systems, control RF signals in electronic devices, Bluetooth, IEEE 802.11b/g/n WLAN, mobile phones or digital wireless. L, S band digital,…..

– Frequency range: 0.1 – 3.0 GHz 

– Operating voltage: 1.6 – 3.3 V 

– Low insertion loss: 0.45 dB @ 2.45 GHz 

– High isolation: 25 dB @ 2.45 GHz 

– High P1dB: +32 dBm at 3.0V, +31 dBm at 1.8V
