HopeRF – RFM90CW: Radio transceiver for long-range wireless applications
HopeRF introduces the RFM90CW sub-GHz radio transceiver with long battery life and low power consumption

The device is designed for long battery life with an active receive current consumption of just 8mA. The module can transmit up to +22dBm with a high-performance integrated power amplifier. The devices support LoRa® modulation for LPWAN use cases and (G)FSK modulation for legacy applications. The RFM90CW offers high configurability to meet various application requirements, supporting the global LoRaWANTM standard or proprietary protocols. It is designed to comply with the physical layer requirements of the LoRaWANTM specification issued by the LoRaTM Alliance.
The radio device is suitable for systems aiming to comply with radio regulations, including but not limited to ETSI EN 300 220, FCC CFR 47 Part 15, ARIB T-108 requirements in Japan, and those in China. The continuous coverage range from 150 MHz to 960 MHz allows support for all major ISM sub-GHz bands worldwide.
