ESP32-S3-MINI-1 and ESP32-S3-MINI-1U: Two powerful MCU LE Wi-Fi + Bluetooth modules, sharing a diverse set of peripheral devices with optimized size. This product suite is suitable for various Internet of Things (IoT) applications, such as embedded systems, smart homes, wearable electronics, and more. The ESP32-S3-MINI-1 comes with a PCB antenna, while the ESP32-S3-MINI-1U features a connector for an external antenna, integrated with up to 8 MB of SPI flash memory and an optional 2 MB SPI pseudo-static RAM (PSRAM).

Both ESP32-S3-MINI-1 and ESP32-S3-MINI-1U are available in two versions, with part numbers ending in -N8 and -N4R2, respectively. The two versions differ only in the size of the flash memory and PSRAM. The ESP32-S3 series supports SIMD (Single Instruction, Multiple Data) instructions, making it ideal for voice processing, image recognition, or Edge AI applications.

Additionally, the module integrates advanced security features, including secure boot, flash encryption, and a cryptographic accelerator, providing comprehensive protection for data and firmware with high performance and low power consumption, supporting multiple sleep modes for long-lasting battery-powered devices.
