Navita - NV6128C : V6128C 650 V GaNFast™ IC Power

The NV6128C integrates FET, control, and logic in a single chip, simplifying design and improving efficiency. The product operates at high frequencies of up to 2 MHz and can withstand continuous voltages up to 650 V and surge voltages up to 800 V. The NV6128C helps save up to 40% energy compared to traditional silicon solutions.

Additionally, its compact size and ability to minimize inductance are advantageous, optimizing space and thermal performance. The product is suitable for various applications such as mobile fast chargers, AC-DC converters, DC-DC converters, LED lighting, and many other applications.
