HTC – ULN2003: IC Darlington motor controller with 7 different load lines

ULN2003 has the ability to simultaneously control 7 different loads, each load up to 40V and 500mA, increasing operating efficiency. Therefore, IC ULN2003 is a popular motor that integrates a diode to protect the circuit from reverse electrostatic phenomenon, increase product durability and reliability, and operate stably in harsh conditions.  

In addition, compatibility with TTL and CMOS logic makes it easy to integrate with popular microcontrollers and logic circuits such as Arduino, PIC, and other ICs to help simplify the design. Two different types of pins create design options when used to control motors, relays, LED displays, etc.
