HopeRF - RFM300LRW Module RF transmit & receive wireless 433/868MHz Sub-1GHz

RFM300LRW is an ISM transceiver RF module designed based on the high performance CMOSTEK NextGenRFTM CMT2300 chip. This product operates in the ISM 433/868 Mhz band, low reception sensitivity (–123dBm) combined with +20dBm output power ensures extended transceiver range and improved link performance. Low RX current of 11mA helps save power consumption.

RFM300LRW supports SPI communication standard and programmable bit rates up to 300kbps @FSK/40 kbps@OOK to help designers easily design and program. Besides, RFM300LRW also supports the ability to capture and receive data. With this function, the module can transmit and receive data in two directions.
