HT32F65740G is integrated by Holtel with 64 KB Flash and 8 KB SRAM to store code and data for complex applications. The microcontroller supports multiple energy saving modes, optimization between operating latency and power consumption, under-voltage and short circuit protection, helping to increase system reliability and safety.  

The HT32F65740G features a dedicated gate driver for 3-phase motor control applications. Internal protection functions are included in the driver, along with a low quiescent current 5V LDO, providing power to both internal and peripheral circuits. The features of the HT32F65740G make it a suitable choice for many applications, especially in areas such as electric vehicles, kitchen ventilation fans, ceiling fans, clean room fan filters, and many other types of fans.
