The MCU supports operating frequencies up to 16 MHz, providing fast and efficient processing. The product supports 3 energy saving modes such as Sleep, Deep-Sleep1, Deep-Sleep2, helping to optimize startup delay and energy consumption. Providing 32 KB Flash and 2KB SRAM to store code and data for miniature power applications, the HT32F61030 has up to 17/28 multi-function I/O pins and many peripheral resources such as UART, SPI interfaces. , I²C and SAR A/D Converter 8 channels 500kbps or 10 channels 1Msps .
Additionally, the HT32F61030 has two PMOS-type gate drivers used to drive the output MOS transistor and load-eliminating VBUS fast discharge. The MCU has passed PD certification, complies with USB PD 3.1 specification and supports Dual Role(DRP) operation.
