This product offers flexible memory density, with a clock speed of up to 133 MHz and an access time of just 6 ns, ensuring fast and smooth data retrieval. It supports independent SPI interface operation and control at any time to prevent bus conflicts.
The W25M161AV retains all the features and functionalities of SpiFlash®, with support for Standard SPI, Dual SPI I/O, and Quad SPI I/O, ensuring flexible connectivity and seamless integration into existing circuit systems.
The W25Q16JV is organized into 16,384 programmable pages, each 256 bytes in size. Up to 256 bytes can be programmed at once, and the entire chip can be erased quickly.
