2. Delivery time

EPI will deliver:

– Within 24 hours if delivery location ≤ 20 km from EPI headquarters.

– Within 2->3 days if the delivery location is within 50 km from EPI’s headquarters.

– Within 3->5 days if the delivery location is within 100 km from EPI’s headquarters.

– Within 5->7 days if the delivery location is within 200 km from EPI’s headquarters.

– After 7->10 days if the delivery location is 200 km or more from EPI’s headquarters.

– Before shipping, the delivery department will contact customers to confirm the specific delivery time and location.

– Delivery time: All days of the week.

3. Other conditions

This program only applies to products purchased at EPI websites.

– EPI only delivers goods to the correct recipient that the customer has registered when purchasing. During the delivery process, if there is an unclear change of recipient, EPI has the right to refuse delivery and request the customer to receive the goods at EPI’s location.

– For free shipping cases of 100 km or more, to limit unexpected incidents such as delivery to the wrong address, or when goods are delivered but there is no recipient, EPI recommends Customers present their household registration book or ID card and provide their landline phone number to the sales consultant during the purchase transaction at EPI.

– In some cases where the delivery address is unclear, located in a corner, or in dangerous places, dangerous mountainous areas, or difficult transportation, EPI reserves the right to refuse transportation or delivery. receive goods directly.

– In cases of force majeure, due to natural disasters, floods, ferry bridge failures, etc., EPI is not responsible for compensating for damages arising from untimely delivery or failure to transport goods to the specified location. agreed with the customer.
