EPI – Payment Policy

When purchasing products from EPI on our website, customers can refer to the following payment methods:

1. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Customers can place an order via the website: https://epi-tech.com.vn/ or by calling the customer service hotline at +842473017448. Our customer service team will confirm the product and shipping method with you. After receiving the goods, customers will pay the full amount of the order to the delivery personnel.

2. ONLINE PAYMENT VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS (VISA, MASTER CARD, JCB)

Customers can use credit/debit/prepaid cards issued by local and international banks such as VISA, MasterCard, JCB. The entire payment system is secured according to the PCI-DSS international standards, so customers can feel confident when making prepayment using credit or debit cards on the website. A transaction is considered successful when the customer receives a notification from the payment gateway indicating “Transaction Successful” (ensuring balance/credit limit and customer authentication according to card usage regulations).

3. ONLINE PAYMENT VIA DOMESTIC ATM CARDS

Customers can pay for their orders using ATM cards issued by 28 local banks that are connected to the payment gateway. This payment method is simple, user-friendly, and secure, involving just 3 steps:

• Enter card information.
• Authenticate the customer.
• Pay and immediately receive the result.

Additionally, to use online payment with domestic bank cards, customers’ cards must be registered for online payment or have internet banking enabled. A transaction is considered successful when the customer receives a notification from the payment gateway indicating “Transaction Successful” (ensuring balance/credit limit and customer authentication according to card usage regulations).

4. ONLINE PAYMENT VIA E-WALLET APPLICATIONS ( ZaloPay, MoMo)

Mobile payment applications meet customer needs without requiring cash or bank transactions. The entire system is secured according to the PCI-DSS international standards. OTP confirmation and a 6-digit payment password are used to protect transactions. Many different banks can be linked to a single ZaloPay or MoMo account, eliminating the need to re-enter bank information for subsequent payments.

5. PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER

After placing an order on the website, the customer service team will call to confirm the payment amount and details with the customer. Customers can then go to the bank to transfer money or make an online transfer (Internet banking) to the company’s provided account. *Bank account details for transfer:
