Sales Admin Chinese

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Processing quotations

• Receive BOM List from Sales/Customers, send to Sourcing department to get quotations, support price negotiations with Suppliers to match the target price of the Customer and send back to Sales in charge (in some cases, it will be sent directly to the Customer)
• Propose purchase price, selling price with Sales to ensure profit target.

2. Customer care
Regularly contact and keep in touch with Customers to update order information.

• Establish and strengthen relationships with Customers through communication methods such as phone, email, etc.
• Create, maintain and manage customer profiles, update when there are changes.

3. Track orders

• Support Sales to Booking on the company’s internal CRM system.
• Coordinate with the CS department to track orders, ensure orders are on schedule.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge

• Graduated/about to graduate from technical majors: electricity, electronics and telecommunications and love working with data, or majors in economics, trade, import-export or other related majors.
• Priority is given to candidates with 1 year of experience in the position of Inside Sales/Sales Assistant at trading companies

2. Skills

• Communication and negotiation skills
• Chinese from HSK 4 or higher
• Office computer skills (good excel)
• Teamwork skills
