Quality Control Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Check the input of chemical events of goods

  • Propose inspection measures suitable for each type of goods components and different requirements of each customer.
  • Perform goods inspection: Search and read technical documents, data sheets, drawings of goods components applied to direct inspection of goods.
  • Save inspection data (photos, check items, etc.)
  • Prevent and store products that detect errors to avoid the next prevention stage.

2. Talk to suppliers to handle issues related to product and goods quality.

  • Create detailed RMA reports on the error phenomenon to work with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to work and negotiate with suppliers to request warranty policies, returns, compensation, etc. when detecting event errors.
  • Plan prices, classify suppliers.

3 Fix and handle defective goods.

  • Propose solutions and implement solutions to resolve errors that are not too serious, do not affect the functions and standards of goods components to ensure the delivery process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in the role of QA, QC in manufacturing and electronics companies.
  • Professional qualifications: College degree or higher in electricity, electronics, automation,
  • Experience in IMDS, PPAP systems, …
  • Understanding of electronic components, knowing how to read technical drawings and documents such as IMDS, RoHS, Reach, …
  • Understanding of QA, QC tools and knowledge such as 7 QC tools, 5why, 5W2H.
  • Basic English communication, reading and understanding technical documents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Negotiation Skills, Relationship Building, Good and Clear Communication
  • Planning and Documentation Skills.
  • Attitude: Careful, sharp in work
