Customer Service Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Support the Sales department to check and prepare contracts and quotes

  • Prepare quotes according to the company’s general form.
  • Support the contract, review and compare the list of goods according to the internal system.
  • Submit the contract to the customer through the relevant departments (Accounting, Sales, CS Manager), stamp and save the contract according to regulations

2. Track orders, deliver goods on schedule with some small customers

  • Update the progress of goods to customers according to regulations.
  • Check with the purchasing department, report to sales on the problem codes every week and monitor the processing progress to close the order.
  • Notify the purchasing and sales departments when there is an adjustment in the delivery schedule.
  • Update contract information to the internal system to create DO for goods, process paperwork accompanying goods

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 4th year students or about to graduate from economics and trade majors
  • Have knowledge of commercial contracts, priority is given to candidates who are familiar with processing orders on the SAP system or have knowledge of B2B
  • Part-time experience, internship in sales, customer care, sales support or similar positions is an advantage
  • Careful, meticulous in monitoring goods progress
  • Flexible, good at responding to arising situations, handling complaints
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, Word
  • Withstand pressure, handle arising tasks in a short time
