In the age of digitalization and automation, inertial measurement units (IMUs) play an indispensable role in enhancing the accuracy and performance of modern systems. From autonomous vehicles to drones, IMUs are key to helping these devices operate smoothly and accurately. EPSON IMU M-G370 is a small coefficient inertial measuring device with 6 degrees of freedom, including 3 axes for measuring angular speed and linear acceleration.

The product provides measurement with high stability and accuracy using advanced transient compensation technology. Calibration parameters are stored in the IMU’s memory and automatically feedback measured data to the central processor as soon as the power is turned on. With a rotation speed of up to ±450°/s and a very low random angle stability of only 0.06°/√hour, the M-G370 ensures accurate direction determination and change of direction. Low current consumption (16mA) is also an outstanding advantage, making the device suitable for battery-powered applications.
