The Y7080E is a compact NB-IoT module designed with modern SMT standards and multi-band support. Equipped with power-saving technologies like Power Save Mode (PSM) and eDRX, it reduces energy consumption to extremely low levels—only 1.7 µA in PSM mode and about 0.25 mA in idle mode. This enables a battery life of up to 10 years, making it perfect for long-term IoT deployments.

The module supports CatNB2 bands B3/B5/B8/B20/B28, ensuring stable connectivity even in weak signal environments—significantly outperforming traditional GSM solutions. It integrates common interfaces such as UART, GPIO, ADC, USIM and supports TCP/UDP/HTTP/HTTPS protocols, along with IoT standards like LwM2M, MQTT, CoAP, OneNET, CTWING, DFOTA.

The Y7080E is suitable for smart payment, remote metering, asset tracking, and eHealth devices thanks to its integrated GNSS with fast start-up times (~29 seconds cold start, <2 seconds hot start). With dimensions of 17.6 × 15.7 × 2.4 mm and weight of ~1.2g, it complies with SMT/LCC+LGA standards, saving PCB space and simplifying integration in mass production designs.
