The G32R501 uses a dual-core Arm Cortex-M52 architecture, based on Arm v8.1-M technology and enhanced by the Zidian math instruction extension, providing homogeneous dual-core parallel processing. The product operates at speeds of up to 250MHz, delivering real-time computing power comparable to a 800MHz Cortex-M7 MCU. The FPU – with single and double precision – and the Arm Helium™ DSP extension enhance AI and ML capabilities, improving signal processing efficiency.

Additionally, the proprietary Zidian math instruction extension by Geehy accelerates complex mathematical operations, including trigonometric functions, Fourier transforms, and advanced calculations, significantly reducing computation time and enhancing real-time system intelligence. The 640KB Flash memory (512KB + 128KB) supports parallel execution, along with 128KB SRAM and tightly coupled memory (TCM) for real-time core code storage, greatly improving execution efficiency. The 6-channel DMA module optimizes data transfer, reducing the CPU workload.
