M467SJHAN provides 1024 KB Flash with dual bank architecture supporting over-the-air firmware updates (FOTA) and 512 KB SRAM. The product integrates many connection forms such as Ethernet 10/100 MAC, hardware encoder, true random number generator (TRNG), USB HS OTG, USB FS OTG, and many others.
M467SJHAN with many Execute-Only-Memory (XOM) functions, information security, source code protection from threats, ensuring absolute safety for sensitive applications.
In addition, the design saves energy and minimizes power consumption, making it suitable for applications requiring high performance. M467SJHAN meets all requirements from IoT, industrial control to telecommunications and many other fields.
