T-GLOBAL – TG-A3500: Super soft silicon heatsink with high performance

TG-A3500 is heatsink with high voltage resistance and diverse applications comes from T-global. This product has a thermal conductivity of 3.5 W/mk to effectively dissipate heat from heat sources to the radiator. The heatsink is designed to be very soft, easy to compress and conform to uneven contact surfaces, helping to minimize heat resistance. TG-A3500 has double-sided self-adhesive ability for easy installation and good hold.  

In addition, the product is capable of withstanding high voltage up to 6kV/mm, ensuring safety during use. With the above advantages, TG-A3500 is widely used in many fields such as electronics, telecommunications, automobiles, medical equipment and many other industries.
