Purchasing Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow domestic contracts (submit for signature, scan contracts for payment, return signed contracts to related parties).
- Support processing and returning invoices, documents (CO, CQ, COC, etc.) to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the progress and quality of purchasing activities.
- Properly archive and manage purchasing records and documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Purchasing Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields such as Accounting, Business Administration, Business English, Logistics, etc.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Good English communication skills (TOEIC 550–700, IELTS 5.5–6.5).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and a growth mindset.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly responsible at work.
