Purchasing Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Follow domestic contracts (submit for signature, scan contracts for payment, return signed contracts to related parties).
  • Support processing and returning invoices, documents (CO, CQ, COC, etc.) to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the progress and quality of purchasing activities.
  • Properly archive and manage purchasing records and documents.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Purchasing Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields such as Accounting, Business Administration, Business English, Logistics, etc.
  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Good English communication skills (TOEIC 550–700, IELTS 5.5–6.5).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and a growth mindset.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly responsible at work.
