HR Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Recruitment
- Support recruitment during the recruitment process
- Post recruitment information on recruitment channels
- Screen and classify candidate profiles
- Contact and schedule interviews with potential candidates
- Notify candidates of interview results
- Support onboarding new employees
2. Training:
- Arrange and organize new employee integration training sessions and periodic training
3. Administration:
- Support purchasing necessary equipment and office supplies for the Company and other administrative tasks.
- Do other tasks under the direction of the direct manager.
4. C & B
- Collect, monitor, update and manage records, contracts, related documents and information of all employees.
- Support updating personnel information on PMNS (1Office)
5. Internal communication
- Write and design event communication publications and company announcements
- Support organizing important company events such as Company Birthday, Year End Party, October 20, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final year students or recent university graduates majoring in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, etc. and passionate about the human resources industry.
- Have experience participating in clubs or having interned in HR-related jobs
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Know how to design and edit photos
- Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn
- Friendly, cheerful, sociable, honest, careful.
- Basic English communication and reading comprehension
- Have a personal laptop for work
