Quality Assurance Manager

Working location: 44M2, Tran Kim Xuyen street, Cau Giay district, Hanoi

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.


· Maintaining relationships with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and/or external certification/regulatory representatives.

· Managing and supporting operational implementation of programs to establish and maintain quality standards of Electronic components, as well as developing programs to focus staff on quality improvement.

· Developing policies, procedures and methods to check operational quality and improve same.

· Support and implement the planning, facilitating and/or execution of internal, customer, supplier or external certification audits.

· Supporting the operation to ensure corrective actions to non-conformance and audit results are appropriately robust and are sustained by the operation to maintain KPI’s and certifications.

· Overseeing the collection and data outputs obtained from internal quality audits, customer and supplier feedback.

· Supporting the decisions which may impact on work processes and outcomes.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Electronic, Electric
  • 5+ years’ relevant working experiences as QA/QC senior, supervisor, AM, preferred in EMS applied factories.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Have experience in implement auditing from clients/partners or auditing firms
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems and undertaking internal audits to ISO9001:2015
