Warehouse Staff

Job Description:

1. Receive incoming goods information from Import-Export and Purchasing Departments:

  • Check and confirm incoming goods information provided by Import-Export and Purchasing teams.
  • Plan and arrange receipt and direct delivery to customers in case goods are not stored in the warehouse.
  • Verify accuracy between data and the actual received goods.

2. Organize and categorize goods in the correct locations:

  • Load and unload goods.
  • Sort goods by customer type (retail, long-term project customers).
  • Sort goods by characteristics (e.g., items requiring cold or low-humidity storage).
  • Sort goods by weight (heavier items placed at the bottom for safety and accessibility).

3. Ensure goods quality during warehouse storage:

  • Notify relevant departments (Purchasing, QC) in the following cases:
  • When abnormalities are found in package condition (e.g., torn boxes, damp or water-stained packaging).
  • Missing quantities, incorrect sizes or specifications compared to purchasing records.
  • Packaging issues such as peeling tape, broken trays, etc.

4. Enter inbound goods information into the warehouse management system:

  • Accurately input inspection and goods information into the E-Backlog system.
  • Confirm data with relevant departments (Purchasing, Import-Export).
  • Update all related information into the E-Backlog at the end of each day.

5. Enter missing or RMA goods information into the system:

  • Receive missing or incorrect goods information from Customer Service (CS) or QC.
  • Confirm and respond accordingly, then input RMA data into the E-Backlog.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience in trading or manufacturing companies, preferably in electronics/electrical sectors.
  • Basic understanding of electronic components and packaging types.
  • Knowledge of proper goods organization and categorization.
  • High school diploma or higher; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess a valid car driving license (B1/B2).
