Fresher Field Application Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Research and propose technical solutions:
- Analyze technical requirements from customers, research and propose appropriate solutions.
Design block diagrams and select components for the design. - Analyze the customer’s Bill of Materials (BOMs) and propose suitable replacement components from EPI’s product portfolio.
- Coordinate with the sales team to offer customized solutions tailored to customer needs.

Technical consulting for customers
- Work closely with customers to thoroughly understand their technical requirements and provide suitable solutions through technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training.

Advise customers on evaluating and integrating electronic components into their designs.

Act as a bridge between customers and suppliers to ensure technical requirements are met and collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues.

Participate in post-sales technical issue resolution and product improvement

Collaborate with customers and the engineering team to identify root causes and provide timely solutions for post-sales issues.

Collect customer feedback on product performance and features, and propose technical improvements or configuration adjustments to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with suppliers

Work with suppliers to gain in-depth knowledge of their technologies and product portfolios.

Coordinate with suppliers to gather technical documentation and provide sample products to customers.

Understand and build customer relationships

Understand customer requirements such as products, technologies, project timelines, and production volumes.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to build strong relationships with engineers and decision-makers involved in projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in technical consulting, application engineering, or related positions.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in electronic circuit design, embedded programming, electronic components, or semiconductor applications — or those with prior experience in the same industry as the company.
- Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with technical/electronics related major.
- Experience in Electronics hardware design or Programming MCU, Processors.
- Proficient in analyzing circuit diagrams and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Knowledgeable about the design and manufacturing processes of electronic devices.
- Relationship building skills are also extremely important.
- Good at English reading and writing skills is a plus.
- Strong organization, communication, presentation skills.
