Inside Sales


Support  Sales on quotation, contracts with customers, track orders with Sales to ensure information to customers quickly and accurately, contributing to optimizing revenue and profit for the company.


1. Quotation processing:

– Receive BOM List from Sales/Customers, send it to Sourcing department to get a quotation, support price negotiation with suppliers to match the target price of the customer and send it back to Sales in charge (in some cases, it will be sent directly to the Customer)
– Proposing buying and selling prices with Sales to ensure profit targets.

2. Customer Service:

– Regularly contact, keep in touch with customers to update order information.
– Establish and strengthen relationships with customers through communication methods such as phone, email, ..
– Create, maintain and manage customer records, update if changing.

3. Order tracking:

– Support Sales on booking on the company’s internal CRM system.
– Coordinate with CS department to track orders, ensure orders on schedule.
