M3Tek – MT8351: Synchronous low voltage converter for protecting stable operation of equipment

M3tek introduces product MT8351 – synchronous step-down converter with switching frequency of 1.5MHz and ultra-low quiescent current of only 350nA, fast dynamic response and stable output voltage regulation system, ensuring reliable power supply. Reliable even under light load or low voltage conditions. MT8351 is capable of providing output current up to 1A with input voltage from 2.0V to 5.5V and output from 0.4 to 3.6V, easily set up with external resistor. The product offers flexible design options. In addition, M3tek integrates overcurrent and short circuit protection mechanisms in MT8351 to protect devices such as smartphones, smartwatches, hard drives,… to operate stably and safely in many different environments.
