[TOSHIBA] releases 150V N-channel Power MOSFET with Industry-leading quality enhancing power efficiency

Toshiba recently launched a new series of power Mosfet, TPH9R00CQ5. The product has a 74% reduction in reverse recovery charge and a 44% reduction in reverse recovery time compared to current Toshiba products. This helps TPH9R00CQ5 to achieve outstanding performance, high stability and energy saving. With the above parameters, TPH9R00CQ5 is currently the industry-leading quality Mosfet, suitable for power supplies and converters of industrial equipment.
